I have been renovated a country farm cottage, which sits on top of a hill with great surrounding views.

The cottage is almost complete internally and one double bedroom is almost ready, the other will be ready around the end of may.

I have stated that I am a live in landlord, the third bedroom of the property is mine however I will not be there much. I do plan to continue to upgrade the property externally, as the garden has not been touched since purchasing over a year ago, so potential tenants would need to be happy with that.

There is a large garden and driveway parking.

The price shown includes all bills.

Im flexible with rental duration but would probably prefer temporary tenants for 3-6months so that further restoration can continue, I am flexible around this and can be discussed

There is one bathroom in the property, non of the bedrooms have ensuites
