Fully furnished single or double room available in a house share for a young professional male under 35. Please respect my age range, I do apologise for this, as unfortunately I would find it difficult living with someone older than this. Students welcome. I would prefer to only let one room, not both. So therefore you have a choice of either room.

Good size carpeted single bedroom with single divan bed (bed linen supplied and also laundered in the rent charge). Triple pine wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and 17in TV. Centrally heated with additional electric heater. UPVC windows.

Double room (no couples) has double bed (bed linen included and laundered in the rent charge), wardrobe fitment with drawers, faux leather sofa, and TV with free sat box. Centrally heated plus remote control electric fire. Laminate flooring with large rug. Upvc window.

Shared lounge with 50in LED TV with DVD surround sound system and freeview recorder.

Kitchen/Dining room with Gas Hob, electric oven, microwave, and washer/dryer, fridge and freezer.

Shared bathroom with electric shower over bath. (Towels can be supplied and laundered).

Rear garden patio area with garden furniture and washing drying area. Use of garden shed if required.

Smokers welcome but outside smoking only I'm afraid 😖

On street parking available or use pay and display car park near by (free overnight parking between 6pm and 8am). A parking permit can be obtained from local authority if you wish to save money on parking costs.
