Double room with velux window, doubled bed, bookcases with books, bedside table, fitted wardrobes, central heating. Next to main bathroom with bath and shower. Lodger will have sole use of bathroom except when there are visitors. Views over front garden.
Use of large kitchen with Aga and dining room. Large gardens and car parking.
The lodger must like animals as there is a Labrador and a cat at the property.
There is a bus stop nearby with buses to Knighton and Ludlow. Nearest train stations are Hopton Heath and Craven Arms.

Our home is about 4 miles to Craven Arms, 7 to Ludlow, 11 to Church Stretton and 25 to Shrewsbury.

We are looking for someone who is open, honest, has a real interest in the work they do, likes rural living, animals and gardening. We are family orientated, bookish and work hard - we don't have lots of parties or stay up late!

We would prefer someone who who will stay a minimum of 3 months. If you want to stay for a week or a month, the price will change: for example £120 per week; £ 400 per month.

We are happy to have someone 7 days a week or Monday-Friday but would prefer Mon-Fri.
