Easy going, attitude free landlord,
wanting to rent a large room for financial & social reasons.

I can offer a double room in a fully furnished, old character cottage. All modern kitchen facilities available

Small lounge with TV, broadband etc. Nice size furnished room. Large kitchen with all amenities.

One bathroom only.

On street parking.

No preference to male or female or age, but prefer someone in employment.

Having shared houses with others in the past, I am hopeful that the house feels more like a home, rather than a one room let.
