I am a 33 year old female looking for someone to share my 4 bed townhouse. The room is a large double, fully furnished with TV. You will have your own shower room as well as access to the main bathroom. There is parking, Sky, Internet, garden, storage space and a new treadmill in the garage. The house is fairly new and decorated to a high standard with a cleaner every two weeks. I am a professional, also a smoker but only in the garden. The house will only be shared with me and one cat. Will consider different rates if someone was looking Monday - Friday.
