Very large double room available to professional, in rural converted chapel with full use of gym and kitchen and exclusive use of fully equipped bathroom and luxury lounge.

Minutes from M54 and Telford.

Room is furnished with double bed, desk, dressing table mirror, drawers, chair, two bedside tables, lamp, cheval mirror, 32" free view TV and wifi. Room has stunning views over the Shropshire countryside from a feature round chapel window.

Couples are welcome for a nominal additional charge to cover bills and utilities.

Chapel is in a hamlet down a no through lane in a beautiful area between Horsehay and Little Dawley, known as Lightmoor. The chapel was constructed in 1860 and has been renovated into a large family home. There is a large garden and plenty of room inside for a lodger not to feel cramped and to have their own space and privacy.

There are two parking spaces available for a single lodger or couple.

Lodger will have exclusive use of a large bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC.

Room is on the second floor away from the family bedrooms. The other room on that floor is a gym which the lodger is welcome to use.

The lounge for use by the lodger is not used by the family living here and will give the lodger privacy in the evenings, away from the family living room.

Large country kitchen will be available for use by the lodger. Hot and cold soft drinks all day and breakfasts can be included for an extra £30 per week. Lunches can be requested for £20 per working week.

Bills (including wifi) are included but use of the home phone is not.

We are a non smoking family. Smoking is only allowed in the garden and all mess must be tidied away.

We are looking for a professional tenant who will respect our home and treat it with care. We expect a lodger to clear up after themselves, be friendly and keep the noise down in the evenings.

We have pets so anyone with dog or cat allergies should not apply. We have two young children (a baby and a toddler) but the children will not be unsupervised with the lodger and should not impact upon their stay at all.
