House mate wanted

Hi My Name is Darren and I have a Room available in Horsehay on the outskirts of Telford on the northern edge of the Ironbridge Gorge area.

The house is located at the bottom of Jarman Drive, it's a short drive to the Telford Town Centre and Train Station. The property is end of terrace in a quiet neighbourhood. The property itself is a 2 bedroom property with a Shared Kitchen Diner, Shared living room and shared bathroom.

I'm looking for a house mate due my girlfriend moving down south due to work. The house is a rented property so the right candidate will be a tenant. Myself I work a permanent night shift starting Sunday night to Thursday night. I am a very active person that likes to take on various activities and new challenges.

The property has Sky TV and WIFI, the garden is perfectly sized for having guests, it is also furnished, the bedroom (bedroom 2)up for grabs is 3.43m (11'3'') x 2.18m (7'2'') with a recess for a wardrobe, it overlooks the Garden. There is parking outside the front of the house.
