Double room in amazing house, friendly housemate!

Hi,

I am an easy-going 29 year old professional female looking for another person to share my lovely house!

The house:
Definitely the nicest place you'll find on here! It is a cute Victorian semi, with a cosy lounge containing squishy sofas, big flatscreen tv and a log fire. Amazing big sociable sunny kitchen with aga and table. Lovely garden outside which is a total suntrap with lots of different little seating areas etc. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and a large bathroom. There are lovely period features and fireplaces in every room, and loads of parking outside. The available room is a large double, has a lovely little feature fireplace, looks out onto the back garden. Part furnished at present, as my current flatmate has her own bed but I could provide a bed if you don't have one. There is a wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables, and bookcase.

There is another smaller bedroom downstairs which currently has another flatmate in, Georgina, 22. She is on a placement year until this July only.

Location-wise, it is perfect, walking distance to town but easy access to A5/M54 - no queuing in rush hour! Easy 10 minute drive to RSH, and a 1 minute walk to Shirehall offices.

ALL bills included, water, elec, gas, tv, phone, broadband, council tax, insurance, etc etc

Me:
Easygoing, sociable 29 yr old, large circle of friends, have lived in Shrewsbury for a while. Enjoy going out for drinks or dinner in the evenings with friends, or cinema, or staying in and watching tv with wine and junk food! Play quite a lot of sport and love getting out in the sunshine at weekends.

Looking for:
Someone of a similar age and nature, with similar interests! Small dog or cat welcome.
