Room to let in Castlefields

I am renting a room in a nicely renovated end of terrace. It has an open-plan lounge/dining-room/kitchen area with microwave, oven and washing machine and a Clearview log-burner which is cosy in winter. It also has gas central heating and a good shower over the bath.
It is a handy, quiet location by the river with the train station 5 mins away and town center 10 mins.
The bonus to prospective tenants is that I am not there very much so you will mostly have the place to yourself.
It would suit a professional employed person who doesn't smoke, is relaxed, honest, respectful and not shy of doing a little house work from time to time.
