Double attic room furnished Shrewsbury sy1

Really nice double room in an attic conversion to rent, fully furnished. Room has a nice view and its own hall and staircase so is very private. We like to share the house as a whole so are looking for someone like minded who would hopefully become more a friend than a "lodger", not keen on people locking themselves away with post dated cheques! The house was fully refurbished about 4 years ago inc new carpets, bathroom, kitchen etc. it has a nice size garden and is a 10 minute cycle down the river path to town and there's a pub opposite! Bus stop outside and close to the train station, m54 is only 5 mins away. We have 2 dogs so you'd need to like them or it could be awkward, they are Friendly! We are far from cleaning freaks but do need someone tidy and willing to do their share of cleaning and tidying. No en suite but there are two showers in the house between 3 people.
