Double Room - Belle Vue Gardens, Shrewsbury

Hello there people.

Its a 3 bedroom house in Belle Vue, there's me and a friend Charlotte living in the house at the moment. I'm 30 and Charlotte is 24 (I think).

I have fiber optic broadband, which is super quick. The road is private so you can park outside the house. It's a very quiet street although it's literally a 5/10 minute walk into the town centre. There is a shop just round the corner which is ideal.

The room has a double bed and mattress with a chest of drawers and looks right over Shrewsbury so it has a great view.

Ideally looking for someone around the same age, I like to socialise and we're a friendly bunch! I do quite a bit of traveling so there may be periods where I'm away for a few months at a time. I'm out of the country in January for 3 months for example.

I'm keen to get someone in the house before the 20th of January, which is why i've set the price at £300. If this sounds like the place for you, ping me an email and I can arrange a viewing :)
