Large double room, close to town £395 pcm

Hi there

My housemate has just moved out due to relocating so I am looking for a new housemate.

The house is a 3 bed detached house with a garage and drive. It is located on the new Persimmon development about a 20 minute walk from town. The house is at the back of the development, off the main road so it is nice and quiet.

The room I am looking to rent out is a double bedroom, fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table and large double fitted wardrobes(although if you would prefer to bring your own furniture we can sort something out). You will predominantly have the bathroom for your own use since I have an en-suite. There is a 3rd bedroom which is a guest room so can be used if you have people to stay over. You will also have use of the garage for storage.

The house has a large kitchen/ diner, a large living room and a good sized garden and patio area which is ideal for bbq's in the summer! There is a drive for parking too.

I am prepared to consider someone on a Monday to Friday basis only. I am looking for £395 per calendar month which will include all utility bills including sky and broadband.
