The house is a three story homely property. It has plenty of space throughout.

There is a good communal feel to the kitchen as it a fairly big space and often has been used for gathering together to talk while cooking rather than sitting upstairs!

The front room is also of a good size, and as there will only be two people living in the house so there is plenty of space.

There are two good size bedrooms on the top floor - one has been taken and the second is still avaliable. The bedroom for rent is very large!

The window in the bedroom has nice views out of the property.

It takes 15minutes to walk into town. The house is 5minutes away from the M54 in a car for a easy accessibility to commute elsewhere.

The backgarden is fully fenced to prevent people looking on. It is slabbed and has a enough space for socialising in the summer.

There is no parking specifically for the house but there is parking spaces street side just outside and never trouble parking! The area is very safe. The back of the property looks onto a church.

There is a cat that shared the house, she is no trouble, well trained, and is cared for by one of the guys that live in the house.

Smoking outside or in the rented bedroom (with window open! :))

The household is friendly but you are also able to have your own space.
You would not just have access to your room but use of the whole shared house
