Double furnished room in modern 4 bedroom house

This is our family home and not a house share by separate people.

We are a friendly, outgoing married couple who like to enjoy a glass of wine or 2 so hope you can join in from time to time. We have an 8 year old and 2 year old who are very friendly and will not wander into your room (well house trained). As normal children we do have the odd paddy but saying that so does the wife! I am 42 and a staff nurse at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, my wife is 37 also working for the NHS.

We live in a lovely secure (with alarm) 4 bedroom spacious newly modernized house in a quiet cul-de-sac in a popular area of Shrewsbury. We live approximately 2 miles from the town centre with an excellent bus route on the doorstep. Local shops, takeaway restaurants, post office, hairdressers, barbers, and Police Station are all within 5-10 mins walking distance.

We provide a double room with en-suite shower and hand wash basin with toilet in main bathroom which hardly gets used by us as we have our own bathroom. There is also another toilet downstairs so no queuing. The room has wall mounted TV with free-view and DVD, also has shelving and single built-in wardrobe, the room is situated to the rear of the house and is not adjoined to any other bedroom so it is a quiet room.

As well as the main kitchen, we also provide a second kitchen area to use, private off street parking and a conservatory to relax in. Wireless broadband is available for general use.

We are looking for someone who is working and who has been employed at least 6 months by their employer and who is clean, tidy and who will respect our house as a home respecting our privacy at times. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN OR ON THE PROPERTY AND NO DSS SORRY, Previous landlord and current employment details and reference are required along with a deposit which is fully refundable on a pre-arranged leaving date agreed by both parties, and based on the room being returned back in the same clean and tidy condition in which it was accepted. You will be required to sign a tenancy agreement to protect both party's and agree to some basic house keeping rules which help to maintain a happy home with happy tenants and landlord.
