Comfortable single room in heart of Lawley

Main lounge

A small but comfortable single room in beautiful lawley. Very close to amenities but also easy to access walking routes. We are a married professional couple and current lodger. The single room contains a single bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe. It has a large window with a view over the garden and courtyard, this room is more suited to a Monday to Friday rental or weekends only but if your not needing much space it's perfect. We don't have any issue with a full time rental, it's up to you.
The two rooms on this floor share a large family bathroom, with a luxurious power shower, and bath. There is also a airing cupboard to store towels and bedding.
On the same floor there is a study come sitting room with a small sofa and 37inch tv if you want to use this space after work you are more than welcome, we have desk in there which we use to craft too.

There is a shared kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, hob and fridge freezer. There is also a dining table to fit 4.

The main large lounge is downstairs featuring a huge comfortable sofa and is great for watching a movie. There is also a downstairs bathroom and a washing machine and drier.
We sleep on the third floor meaning you get a nice quiet space to yourselves.
We have a nice back garden and love to BBQ in the summer.
We are on the bus route number 11 to the town centre.
We are within walking distance to the local pub and Morrison's. With a curry house and chip shop too.
We have two resident Cats, Max and Bella. Max is an old man who sleeps most of the day and Bellatrix is younger but likes to be left alone mostly.
All bills included, we have 50mb broadband, virgin tv.
