A recently refurbished house share very close to the centre of Wellington. With the centre of town within walking distance the location is perfect for both work and socialising.

We currently have a single room available. The rooms all come fully furnished and are inclusive of all bills, weekly cleaning, gardening and free WiFi. The furnishings include a double bed/single bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe (with a few little finishing touches to make sure everyone feels at home). With a key-code lock the rooms are substantially secure and are decorated neutrally to suit all tastes.

The communal area and kitchen are recently decorated to a modern, minimalistic taste complete with washing machine, cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, sofa, dining table etc. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are supplied with plenty of cupboards so space will never be a problem. The house further benefits from a quiet rear garden, gas central heating, double glazed windows and parking.

The house is within walking distance of the train station and bus stop with the local shops and supermarkets minutes away by foot.
