Quiet street. 2 dogs in residence. Both dogs are very friendly and are very good with children. I have a 15 month old grandson who adores them. (The dogs are not allowed upstairs). The room is a single, containing a single bed. Shared bathroom. Smoking allowed in kitchen with backdoor open, downstairs loo or own bedroom with door closed (I have always kept the bulk of the house smoke free). 5 mins walk to a dog friendly beach. Any lodger is free to either keep to themselves or socialize as they wish. I am liberal minded and easy going and have had no complaints from previous tenants. All i ask of any tenant is respect for my home.
