Double room with own bathroom and sky tv in room

I have a double bedroom with its own full sized bathroom with shower and bath available to rent in my 4 bedroom house. Room has a tv with sky Q box. Double wardrobe with drawers, desk, large drawer unit with built in laundry baskets and second drawer unit. Newly decorated and brand new bed frame.

I’m a single female and I own the house. I also have a female friend living here. It’s a large house, so we all have our own bathrooms and plenty of our own space. Large kitchen diner with American fridge freezer and use of communal lounge.

On street parking. Never any issues parking outside the house or very close to the house.

I have a very friendly and sweet cocker spaniel female, she’s an old lady so she’s very chill. Also a female cat.

The house is just off M5 J24 in willstock, 5 mins from Bridgwater and 15 from Taunton by car. 2 mins drive from hinkley bus pick up point.
