There is a double bedroom, with doorway through to a shower room. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.

There is an open plan kitchen and lounge/dining area - electric oven and hob, fridge.

Ideally suited for a single person

Fully furnished and a new HD TV included.

Private access so completely separate from the main house.
