ABOUT US
We are a young professional couple renting one of our spare rooms in our three bedroom three storey townhouse on the KINGS DOWN estate in Bridgwater. We have been here 6 years and live with our loving dog. It is a must that you like dogs. If not - thanks for looking but please move to the next ad :)

We are looking for a quiet, clean/tidy and respectful person. The room is on its own floor offering a bathroom which we don't use very often as we have our own. The bedroom has a very comfy double bed with fresh linen and spacious wardrobe. It also includes a desk area with access to wireless high speed fibre optic broadband. And overlooks our lovely back garden. We have had 3 lodgers over the past 4 years and they have all enjoyed staying with us.

There is on street parking available in the quiet cul de sac.

ABOUT THE ROOM
Rental is £375pcm and includes main utilities which includes wireless high speed broadband. TV however is only through the SKY Go app, ideal on a Tablet. Kitchen is shared and must be cared for. We can also include fresh bedding and towels on a weekly basis.

WE ARE ON THE KINGS DOWN ESTATE, LESS THAN 2 MILES FROM M5 JUNCTION 23 AND A SHORT DRIVE TO HINKLEY POINT AND LOCAL HINKLEY PICK UPS. WE ARE WALKING DISTANCE TO THE NEW POLICE STATION, NEW HOSPITAL AND MORRISONS DEPOT. WE ARE ALSO ON THE BUS ROUTE INTO TOWN, WITH THE BUS STOP OUTSIDE OUR NEIGHBOURS HOUSE.

IDEALLY LOOKING FOR SOMEONE MONDAY - FRIDAY, IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS THIS IS A PRIVATE HOUSE AND NOT A NORMAL HOUSE SHARE.

WE ARE A FUN HOUSEHOLD AND LOVE A GOOD CHAT, TV AND MOVIES, WE ARE ALSO BOTH WORKING PROFFESIONALS AND WOULD LIKE SOMEONE SIMILAR.
