I have a stunning Double room for working Professionals available from April. Situated in a lovely clean professional house in Bridgwater. Only 5 mins from Junction 24 on the M5, a 1 minute walk to the nearest pub, 5 mins walk to the town center and sits on the main bus route.

The house enjoys a lovely view over the park.

The whole house, which was only recently built, benefits from new carpets, new kitchen and bathroom.

The room benefits from a double bed and mattress, a brand new wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side, we fit new 'black out' curtains in all rooms.

The lounge has a 3 seater sofa and enjoys views of the back garden. There is a decking area to the rear of the property which enjoys sun all day long. A lovely place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine after a long day at work.
Also provided are pots, pans, wok, microwave, kettle, toaster, your own set of plates, glasses, cups, plastic food containers, knives and forks, you also get your own linen basket and clothes airer. All included in the price.

All bills are inclusive, Super fast Fibre optic broadband, Gas, Water, Electric and Council Tax, so all you pay is 1 monthly amount.

There is a private drive for 2 cars and ample parking on the road outside the house.

The house is totally equipped with everything you will need! Just bring your clothes! We also provide a cleaner once a fortnight for the communal rooms.
