Room to rent in lovely 2 bedroom house

Double room to rent in a lovely 2 bedroom house, situated in a nice, quiet cul-de-sac in Bower, Bridgwater. Less than a 10 minute drive from the town centre and from junction 23. Tesco metro just 1 minute walk away and other shops and take-always also very close.

I'm the live in landlord, female, 27 years old. I work full time Monday-Friday. All bills included, including unlimited super fast broadband, BT TV, Now TV and Netflix. As I'm the only other occupant you would have full use of the house including the living room. The house has a garden, it's just had a new patio and new turf will be laid in the next couple of weeks.

Ideally I would prefer a female housemate, any age, any nationality but must work full time.

I'm very easy-going, I'm not a big drinker and enjoy chilled nights in. I'm looking for someone that is clean and happy to clean up after themselves, someone that is sociable but I also don't mind if you want to keep to yourself. I'm a smoker but I never smoke in the house. Don't mind if you're a smoker but you would have to smoke in the garden.

The room available is a double room furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and bedside table but this can be moved if you prefer to have your furniture.

The house features a garden, clean bathroom with bath and shower, living room and kitchen with washing machine.

Hinkley workers welcome and also Monday-Friday lets or all week.
