Situated in quiet area close to countryside and only 15 mins walk to town

Spacious ground floor double room with corner basin and large work/study desk.
Sole use of downstairs bathroom with shower over bath ..

Remote control TV and unlimited broadband
No overnight visitors/guests.

You will also have space in an additional fridge /freezer and plenty of cupboard space, full use of the kitchen and dining area.

On a bus route, ample off road parking, large garden and patio.
Well situated 25 mins to Taunton/M5: Yeovil, or the Jurassic Coast. Exeter can be reached in 45 mins. Trains at Axminster/Crewkerne or Taunton.

We often have teaching and nursing students working at nearby schools and hospitals, taking the strain out of daily commutes.
