Lovely, bright south facing bedroom for rent as a house share in the lovely village of Donyatt, close to Ilminster with good road connections to Yeovil or Taunton. The room has a double bed and two wardrobes and plenty of cupboard and under bed storage. There is also an attic for storage.
I have recently moved into this lovely village with my delightful, well behaved ten year old daughter,(hence requirement for another girlie, sorry chaps!) who lives with me one week on and one week off, sheared custody. We used to live near by, and I now run the local Deli. We have a large south facing garden and keep hens (no cockerels!) so fresh eggs always on tap! We have a very friendly little Spanish water dog who loves cuddles. The house is tidy, but homeley, and quite spacious and offers a lovely home environment. I am a very relaxed person as a live in landlord, and would make anyone feel very welcome. Price includes all heating etc. Own shower room and toilet facilities available. Non smokers please and must like animals as we have the dog, the chooks and also 2 laid back cats! Happy to take pets as long as they are used to cats, get on with my friendly little bitch and won't chase my hens!
House has kitchen with Rayburn and electric oven, utility, downstairs office area and full Broadband services plus a printer/photocopier if required. South facing light and airy lounge with wood burner.
You will have access to your own shower room. Utilities all included.
