Room to let,

I am a single father with 1 well behaved and quiet 12 year old son. My mum comes and stays to help out at times. We live in a 3 story semi detached town house with garden. We are all here mostly just 3 days a week and the rest of the time the house is empty. The situation may change with regard to my family moving out and being replaced with 2 other professional mature tenants. There is a kitchen/ diner with couch and TV that we all use, which of course you would be welcome to use as well. We have a parking space which I do use on those 3 days I am home but parking is not an issue in this neighborhood as there is plenty of on street parking and a free car park is adjacent. It is a 30 second walk to Highbridge and Burnham Train Station and there is a Hinkley Point pick up point 5 minutes walk away. 5 minute walk to Highbridge High Street for shops. The neighborhood is also quiet and friendly.

The room includes a double bed, bedside table, chest of draws and wardrobe and the room leads to an en-suite which will be of sole use to you and a large TV.

References are ideal but not necessary but there will be a tenancy agreement to sign.
