The cottage is homely and full of character, with a large garden - a patio with terraces above laid to lawn and at the top far reaching views over the rooftops to the surrounding countryside - very private.

The communal areas include a sitting room with a south facing window, TV and wood burner, and a kitchen/dining room with gas hob, electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher - French doors open onto the patio.

The cottage is terraced and centrally positioned within Ilminster, so just a few minutes walk to the shops and amenities. It is located just off the A303 and near to the M5. Parking is on street.
