A place to live that doesn't *quite* exist yet!!

Since writing the below I've found a place, and it's beautiful. Will take a couple of weeks for formalities but looks like it's a go-er. The pics I've listed are grabs from the agents advert not my own. It benefits from two reception rooms downstairs and a massive plus to some might be the fact that it has a proper full size office space separate from the main house - so ideal for home working (like I do).

OK...this is how this looks. I'm a very sociable, easy going kind of guy, very used to living with others and probably not around much anyway as often away on work. The place I'm currently renting is falling down around me, I'm fed up with the landlord....so I'm moving on. That's me, plus mini-me who's five and is with me several times a week. As there's very little around the area that's kind of the right size and not some depressing shoebox with a window, I'm probably going to need to move up a size which means having a third bedroom available and a way to keep my costs down. So, I'm currently looking and viewing places at the moment and when the time comes I'll post a proper ad with pics and all that kind of stuff, but in the meantime, if someone is potentially interested and can be a little bit flexible on dates and things then let me know - it's good to talk.
