Cleaning of the main shared household areas is provided by the landlady. The house is situated in the level area of Minehead within easy walking distance of the town centre and sea front.

The Double room would suit a quiet, easy going person, working during the day time, who likes privacy and also some company in the shared areas of the house. Members of family permanently resident include the owner, 26 year old son and a friendly cat. Gas Safety Certificate covers property.
