Lovely double furnished / unfurnished room in sociable house share.

A nice quiet area, pub and shops 5 minutes walk away. Close to Junction 25, M5. Town within walking distance about 1 mile away.

All bills included in the rent, also Sky TV and unlimited broadband. Large kitchen/dining area plus large communal lounge, bathroom, conservatory and dining room used for laundry and storage!

We have a good sized garden, perfect for summer barbecues and garage used for storage and bikes etc. Also there is plenty of on road parking.

The room is on the top floor and is a very large double. It can be furnished or unfurnished as needed, currently has a double bed, wardrobe and extra canvass wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

We like to keep it tidy and share the cleaning between us. The most important thing for all of us is that we don't treat it as a shared house it's a home with sociable professionals who respect each other's space! We do have a rabbit and also considering getting a cat so an animal lover would be great!!

Please note for a couple the rent would be £500.
