Room to rent in 3 bedroom house

Hi, my name is Bec. I'm 29 and live in a 3 bedroom house with my 32 year old sister Kelly (and 2 house cats Trumpet & Tango). I am renting out a small-double room which contains a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, radiator and tv point. You will have access to a washing machine, broadband and a parking space. The house has a small kitchen, a lounge/dining room, 1 bathroom, a patio and central heating/real fire. The house is just a few minutes walk from the town centre. The rent is £350 (bills are included in the rent). I'd like a deposit, and I'd also like a 6 month trial period to see how things work out. :)
