Furnished room available in shared house, sharing with myself (male, age 35)and my two housemates (male 26 and female 25)located on South Road near to the town centre.
It's a nice house, there is broadband and sky tv, washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of space in the kitchen and three other communal rooms.
The room is the smallest bedroom in the house unfortunately but it is still a double room and some additional storage space in another communal room could be arranged. Whoever moves in will have first refusal on the other bigger bedrooms if they become available which is what happened with the previous tenant in that room.
