Situated a 10min walk from the hospital, 2 min from the bus station and 15 min from the train station. You won't get more central. (Right in the town centre behind Boots, opposite Council offices)

Shared with one other male housemate. There is an open plan living area/kitchen. Fully furnished; your room has a double bed and large wardrobe. The lounge has a flat screen TV, blu ray, sofa and sofa bed. There are modern appliances in the kitchen as well as fast, wireless broadband.
There is a large bathroom with both bath and shower.
There is also bundles of space, so feel free to make the apartment your own. Sharing with one other very friendly, quiet, professional housemate. There will only ever be two of you living in the flat, so this is ideal if you prefer your own space rather than house shares with lots of people.

Being a top floor apartment, there is very little noise and the building is secure and well maintained with lift access. I am a private landlord so any issues or problems are sorted for you immediately and I am always at the end of the phone. There are also no fees!

All bills are included in the price of £110 per week including wifi, parking permit for gated secure parking with your own parking space as well as secure bike parking.

Please note that this is a short term let on a week to week basis and not ideal for anyone looking for long term accommodation.
