We are looking for a house mate for our spare room as our current house mate is moving. Our house is located in a quiet and beautiful part of Taunton within easy walking or cycling distance of Musgrove, Somerset College and the town centre. The house has a comfortable front room with a traditional fireplace and 46 inch T. V with BT Home and fibre-optic broadband. We also have a dining room, kitchen with all the mod cons included, breakfast room and conservatory. We have a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom plus storage under the stairs, loft and garage. There are four bedrooms, the room available is a double bedroom to the rear overlooking the garden. The room has a double bed, desk, easy chair and a built in wardrobe with plenty of room. We also have a very pretty garden with patios or sheltered seating areas.
Currently living here are: Dillon (me) retired from senior management in a local authority and Danion my son who is at Cardiff University and Max our springer spaniel.
We are looking for a professional who is clean and tidy, friendly and a dog lover! We are looking for someone who will treat our house as a home and share care and responsibility for the place and space.
Rent includes all bills which are: gas, electricity, water, council tax, Tv licence, BT Home, Internet, off street parking.
We are looking to hold viewings during a few evenings in the next couple of weeks with the hope of someone moving in on or soon after 1st of July.
