Easy going lodger wanted to share my home

I have a modern end of terrace house which was refurbished in 2010. I am looking for an easy going and respectful lodger to share the cost of living. I have furnished all rooms and can let this room fully furnished or with no furniture at all (depending on your needs). I have a lounge, kitchen/diner, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom (empty) and a bathroom. I have sky and internet. There is off road parking with first come first serve access behind the house however can also park on the road in front of the house. Food is not included within the bills.

I work locally at Blackbrook Business Park Monday to Fridays in a job I have been in for 6 years. In my spare time, I look after my horse as well as enjoying spending time with friends and family. I also like watching films, listening to music and cooking. I am looking for an animal lover as I have a 6 year old cat. I am easy going and would be looking for someone to be respectful of me and my property, the same as I would be for you and your property.
