Nice house in Taunton

The house

Hello! We have a 3 person house needing a replacement housemate. Our current housemate (Sophie) is leaving us to travel around Australia for nine months (lucky #£^#%# ), so we need to find a replacement. She's planning on moving out on the 10th of September so anyone who can move in then would be grand.

The house is located half way down Mount Street, overlooking Vivary Park. We have 2 off road parking spots, a garage, small greenhouse, 1. 5 kitchens, 2 toilets, large dining room and large living room. The room which is up for rent is a double bedroom with views over Vivary Park.

We both work regular-ish office hours and spend our freetime doing various forms of exercise, film-watching, attempting to cook, and the occasional cinema trip, growing tomatoes, hockey, kickboxing, cycling and running. We both work quite hard so we're not looking for a party animal.

This is a great place to live and we're looking for an equally great (considerate, tidy, happy, friendly, normal, reliable) housemate.
