Double Furnished room in quiet home close to town

Currently the house is being slowly decorated but this is very non intrusive. The house is close to the train station in a quiet cul - de - sac.
I am living in the property on my own and go away a lot so some weekends and nights in week the house would be all yours.
The room is spacious with use of an office next door (another single room).
I am looking for a working individual who is available immediately.
Small garden, wifi, fully kitted out kitchen with lounge and separate dining room.
I am friendly, hard working and peaceful so I would like my house mate to feel relaxed and at home.
There are many improvements going on in the house as I only bought it a few months ago but I am doing this mainly by myself and in small stages.
Room has:
New double bed and mattress
Chest of drawers and bedside cabinets
Built in wardrobe.
It will eventually be carpeted.
I am able to offer a service also for a small extra charge should you require bedding changes, washing and ironing.
All bills, tax and wifi included. Smart Tv in lounge with available Netflix.
New central heating and the house is kept lovely and warm with a constant supply of hot water.
