Double room in large 3 bed house.

Double room with feature fireplace in large 3 bedroom house with further spare attic room.
Shared bathroom, two reception rooms, kitchen and dining room and garden.
No allocated parking but it's never an issue to park on quite street out front or to side of property.
I am a self employed personal trainer so work odd hours and some long days so....
I am looking for a quiet well mannered lodger who is clean, today ,takes pride in their living space and is respectful to others in the house Similar interests a bonus but not essential. Happy to socialise at times.
Mon-fri preferred but will consider weekends at stated higher rent.
I have 2 medium sized very friendly and well trained dogs who like cuddles and are very playful and fun.
