I have a large double bedroom to let, currently it is unfurnished but if need be I can furnish. The house is in a quiet area and has a garden, large garage and lots of off road parking.
I am the live in landlady, however I am not at the house every night. I work full time as a civil engineer. I am laid back and like to think that the whole house is your home, rather than many room lets.
I will be asking for a �200 deposit. The rent is inclusive of bills, WiFi and use of the NowTV account on the living room TV, this has both entertainment and movies packages.
