Room - large house 5 min walk to Wellington

Price could be reduced for the right person - Lovely room in big and sociable house available. Choice of big or small room. No pics of the big room only 2 x smaller rooms.

Kitchen has all mod cons - Aga, 5 ring gas cooker, additional electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Sky TV and Alexa.

Living room has 2 large sofas, big TV + Sky and wood burner.

Dinning room is well equipped and can seat 6 to 8 people around the table.

Garden is very long and parts are private. Small BBQ available, although hoping to build a larger one. Also hoping to create a veg garden this year.

2 x smaller rooms have thermal curtains, double bed. TVs available and Wifi works.

Very comfortable house with an annex that is not used and may be cleared to provide additional space.

I am sociable and easy going. Looking for trustworthy people as I am in London 50% of the time and need the house to be looked after.
