Shared houses don't get much better than this! Landlord doesn't live in so you won't feel you're in someone else's space but it's well looked after.

One Large, fully furnished double bedroom in a comfortable, relaxed and spacious shared house. Great kitchen with dishwasher and American fridge freezer. Shared Sitting room and conservatory with big leather sofas and TV. Bathroom with power shower and additional downstairs loo.

Double bedroom has a clean and comfortable double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside. Space for a desk or comfy chair if required.

Decked rear garden where you can smoke and barbecue in the summer (hopefully!).

All bills and WIFI included in rent as well as the cleaner for communal areas once a fortnight.

This house is in a great location in central Wellington, less than 10 minutes walk to Waitrose, Asda and the bus stops. It's a quiet area with no through traffic and lots of parking.

Looking for housemates, male or female, who will get on with everyone, leave shared areas clean and tidy and respects the house and privacy of others. Must be working but you don't need to be professional. Current housemates are Tom, who is in his 20s and Mike, in his 40s, both work in construction.
