A large, recently built, double bedroom with oak flooring and under floor heating, own bathroom and french doors on to a patio and the large south facing garden. The patio is a real sun trap. The room is at one end of the house with the other tenant so there is inherent privacy and a quiet atmosphere. This is a happy and relaxed house share. The owner has had tenants living in the house continually for over 2 years and prides himself on creating a home and not merely convenient accommodation. There are 2 x pets as the owner has a cat and a springador puppy. There is a large gravel drive way with ample parking. The Kitchen and open planned dining room are shared areas. The kitchen has a new dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, dual fuel cooker and a large American fridge freezer.

There is a lovely, private big garden, a local village pub and beautiful countryside. Taunton is 10 mins away in a car or a 25 min cycle.

The current female tenant is unfortunately leaving due to work secondment. A non smoker please who is personable and willing to fit in to a very much home environment. I will be requiring informal interview and references.
