This spacious 2-bedroom cottage in Weston is available on a serviced let at £275 per week per room (or £550 for the whole property) for 5 months (renewable by agreement)

All bills except energy (gas and electricity is paid by the tenant), and a weekly clean and linen change are included. A caretaker is available 24/7.

It is suitable for 2 sharing professionals (especially for medical staff in the RUH) or mature students at Bath Spa.
The owner is working abroad.

Close to The Royal United Hospital, this area has a village atmosphere, busy high street, gyms/pool and excellent travel links (Oldfield Station to Bristol).

There is a spacious reception with high ceilings, a log fire and leather sofas; a large well-equipped kitchen; a utility room with washing machine/dryer leading on to the courtyard at the back of the cottage; and at the rear of the house is a well-appointed bathroom with power shower, toilet and basin.
The two double bedrooms with work desks, fast wi-fi and ample cupboard storage are currently set up:

Bed 1 as a double bed
Bed 2 as a twin (but it can be made into a super-king double).

Accessed from the first floor, there is a roof terrace which is perfect for outdoor dining with table, chairs, parasol and plants.

There is a garage is suitable for bicycle storage and a separate side door access from the street to the garage/courtyard. In the garage there is also a deep freezer, spare household effects, logs for the wood fire and cleaning utensils. A tenant can store a limited number of their own boxes and a bicycle there, if required.

A weekly clean, change of linen and all bills (except energy - gas & electricity) are included in the rental.

Please note there is a deposit to secure the rental (£950pp) which is held in a government-approved deposit scheme (TDS).
The monthly rent is collected every four weeks, not by the calendar month, and it is payable in advance.
