The house is old and full of character but clean and newly decorated with a very large kitchen diner, new conservatory and big garden with vegetables and chickens! The room has a sink and private use of a bathroom with shower and bath.
The rent would include all bills including wireless broadband, washing machine, dishwasher, heating and hot water.
We both work in the field of health and social care, are open minded, friendly people.
We are looking for someone who is either a student or professional and is friendly and independent.
