House is in the West End of Barry close to Porthkerry Park and very convenient for anyone working at Cardiff airport as it is only a 5 minute drive and is around 20 minutes to central Cardiff. 5 minute walk to the train station directly to Cardiff Centre and Cardiff Queen Street as well as any national routes.

There is a large kitchen with cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer and tumble dryer. The lounge is not available for general use.

Garden to the back of the house which is lovely in the summer months as catches the sun. If you fancy some countryside Porthkerry Park is a minute walk from the house.

There are also local shops in the next road to include a Newsagents, couple of grocery stores, and a Sainsbury’s local as well as two very good fish and chip shops and of course a local pub.

The terms will be one months deposit with a months rental in advance. Notice of leaving will be one month for the deposit to be returned.

Looking to rent the room for a minimum of 3 months and no maximum term, most of my lodgers stay for 18 months or more.

Would suit those who are looking for a base to work. I do have a lovely dog called Murphy but he won't bother you at all.

I only rent rooms to people in employment and don't accept housing benefits.
