Double Room To Rent

We have two double rooms to rent in a shared house in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan. The house is a 2 minute walk from the town centre, bus stops and train station giving easy links to Cardiff city centre and other areas in the Vale.

We are currently modernising the house, and hope to be finished in mid March at the latest.

The property is a 3 bed mid terrace with a through lounge/diner, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and toilet, and has a good sized garden. It will be fully furnished.

We are looking for professional tenants who are sociable and respectful of their house mates.

We already have two tenants (a couple), one who is a self employed aesthetician and one an electrician.

Bills will be split between the 4 tenants and security deposit is to be confirmed.

Couples are welcome, and bills will be split equally between all tenants in this circumstance.
