Single Room in Family Home £20 a night min £100

We have a single bedroom available to someone that can respect living in a family home. Food is not included in the price of £20 a night. We do expect people to respect our home and be clean (sorry added that in, because we had someone that NEVER showered or washed) we have off road parking at the front of the house. The bedroom has a tv with freeview. There is wifi. Our house is situated on Barry Island.

We would also prefer someone that is not a big drinker! Again bad experiences. This our home and we expect someone to respect that.
We are non smokers. But have a lovely garden that you can smoke in.

The bed is a new bed. All bedding gets washed weekly. We can also supply towels.

If you are looking for a nice family home to stay. While working away. We have the place for you.

This would suit someone working from home. We are not looking for any long term rentals. As we do like to have our grand children stay on the odd weekend.

We do not take a deposit as we also appreciate that not everyone has this to start. But we expect payment on a Thursday or Friday at the end of each week.

We charge £20 a night with a minimum of 5 nights to pay for. If you wish to stay more than 5 nights that is fine. But there is an additional charge of £20 a night.

The room is available from Sunday 10th September.
