Double bedroom in a nice, clean and well maintained Georgian house.

Street parking. No residential parking.
4 bedroom house and a room kept free for storage, drying clothes ...

There are already 2 full time lodgers, 1 in the downstairs front room and the other 1 in the upstairs front room . I stay in the attic room but only 1 week every 3, so I am not a living full time landlord ; I am considered like another lodger.
The room advertised is the upstairs back room.
There are 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with a bath/electric shower.
A common sitting room, an old conservatory, a small garden with pebbles, a back garage for storage.
The kitchen is wide with an eating area.
There are all the commodities: microwave, owen, washing machine, tv + box +sky..., internet and wifi

The room itself, "the blue room" has: a bay window giving on the garden, sanded floor boards painted white, a traditional wooden door, a gas radiator, a fireplace, a fitting wardrobe, a buro, an armchair, a bed. Next to that room is the bathroom, next to the bathroom is the spare middle room and next to that spare room is the front one already occupied.

Easy going people, would appreciate same...but still considerate.
