1 double bedroom available with balcony (marina)

Looking for a professional person to join my beautiful home in Cardiff bay with a huge balcony facing Cardiff marina.. I am a very polite, out going friendly girl. I currently work from home at the moment and only sometimes in the office.

There is a choice out of the two rooms I’ve posted and I’m looking to start doing viewings next week to see who would be an ideal fit. The apartment is a very large space so it would be great to have someone fill that up a bit!

I’m super friendly and have a bubbly sense of humour so super easy to get on with.. I love cooking with a glass of wine or in the summer the balcony is great for little dinner nights and a great view of the boats with the sunset in the summer. I love traveling and all that

I am out going and often will be doing my
own thing out and about but love but also love my nights in chilling. I have Netflix and virgin media with everything you need for a which you would have full access too of course and the kitchen and your own bathroom.

I’m not one of those People that constantly have friends around I’ve done my party days so it’s a very nice chilled atmosphere so would like a tenant who kind of has the same life style.

Both bedrooms are doubles with plenty of storage for you and the apartment comes with a parking space.
