The house is modern and newly-renovated. There's 1 bathroom downstairs and a WC upstairs. The bath is 10/10.
The bedroom available includes a double bed and a wardrobe.
Deposit is 1 months rent (£535)

The landlord is also very nice and only lives a few doors down, so any problems can be solved very quickly!
It's about a 20ish minute walk to Cardiff Queen Street.
