Spacious double room available in Adamsdown

This lovely professional house share is looking for someone to take a room.

I will be moving out on the 13th of May to move in with my boyfriend. We are a friendly house share and get along well, keeping the place really clean and tidy. The girls are very sociable and enjoy hanging out for the occasional night in or out. All three work in an office, and we would like to find someone who also works full-time and does not work from home much. We have a cleaner who comes once a week to clean the communal areas, too.

The room is one of the larger ones in the house and is shown first in the attached video.

It has a double bed and a triple wardrobe. I will be leaving a desk in the room if you'd like to keep it.

There's an upstairs toilet that the top two housemates share, and a large bathroom downstairs with a rainfall shower in a freestanding bathtub.

The kitchen is modern with a large American fridge/freezer. We have plenty of pots, pans, and utensils, so you won't have to bring your own unless you'd prefer to.

The living room is cozy and has a flat-screen TV that we occasionally use for movie or game nights.

The landlord is responsive and addresses any issues as soon as he can. We've never had any trouble with him!

Bills are separate and come to approximately £100 per month. This includes water, council tax, gas, electricity, and high-speed internet. A UK-based guarantor will be needed.

We have a good-sized garden where we often enjoy socializing and having evening drinks throughout the summer.

The house is situated just off Newport Road, about a 25-minute walk from the city center.

Parking is available on the street.
